Our Fair Return Policy
Each and every item produced by Empower Life Creations is created just for you. As a result, every item is individual and custom made. Any goods returned to us cannot and will not be resold.
What you may return
You can return a product for a refund or exchange if:
- our artwork is incorrectly printed ( wrong artwork or position on the garment)
- you've received the wrong garment or one with a manufacturing defect
What you may not return
We cannot accept:
- custom printed clothing made to order cannot be returned or exchanged because you have ordered the wrong garment colour, size, style or quantity
- custom printed clothing cannot be returned or exchanged because you have changed your mind
- clothing that has been worn, washed or has make-up stains
- garments damaged by misuse or failure to follow the care instructions

Empower Life Creations is committed to customer satisfaction and delivering high quality products. We ask that all customers carefully ensure they have selected the correct designs and sizes before proceeding to the checkout.
Should there be any issues with your order, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of delivery in order to efficiently coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include details of your order including your Order number, contact details and detailed explanation (with photos if available). Our staff will generally be in touch within 24-48 hours after reviewing the matter.
